Credentialing for SUD providers and provider organizations: 
(1) One Colorado regulatory agency
        (a)  DORA-license review
(2) Two national bodies
        (b)  NPPES-enumeration
        (c)  CAQH-credentialing

Providers who have an "L" (for licensing) in their credentials must be 
​credentialed by CAQH.
Providers with a CAC or unlicensed providers must be registered with DORA
Both licensed and unlicensed providers are eligible for a National Provider ID (NPI)
