About UsWe are not intimidated by any policy or funding barriers. Ethical progress carries its own momentum once it is introduced to the forum where change can occur. When you are spiritually driven, your answers and your ambition come from the same source: to improve the lives of all living beings.

Who We Are |
Jacquelyn Cully is most excited to share her passion for being in service wherever she goes. She is a children's yoga instructor, leads conflict resolution classes using the yoga sutras as taught to her by her teacher Sraddhasagar, and she is a pranic healer. She was driven to start a lobbying business after witnessing the plight of those caught between homelessness and mental health/substance use disorder. She has built all of her own projects and has never needed to take out a business loan. She is an expert in state and federal Medicaid policy and policies specific to mental health. She authored and passed legislation HB18-1007 in Colorado to resolve the funding gap for the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies as a senior state government strategist. She started Integrative Treatment Consultants to assist treatment providers, policymakers, and most importantly, those personally affected by substance use disorder.
