            WHAT WE DO

With an irrepressible desire to restore hope to the lives of those suffering from mental health and substance use disorders, Integrative Treatment Consultants began in 2017 with the singular goal to expand access to necessary behavioral health treatment.  We have successfully led grassroots advocacy campaigns and strategy consultation on behalf of underserved patient populations and state agencies seeking budget-neutral options for behavioral health treatment expansion.  After nearly a decade, we are leveraging our policy expertise to help expand the provision of social services for children.  We focus our efforts on resolving funding gaps for the implementation of a peace curriculum for school-aged children.

About Us

We are not intimidated by any policy or funding barriers.  Ethical progress carries its own momentum once it is introduced to the forum where change can occur.  When you are spiritually driven, your answers and your ambition come from the same source: to improve the lives of all living beings.

Who We Are

Jacquelyn Cully is most excited to share her passion for being in service wherever she goes.  She is a children's yoga instructor, leads conflict resolution classes using the yoga sutras as taught to her by her teacher Sraddhasagar, and she is a pranic healer.  She was driven to start a lobbying business after witnessing the plight of those caught between homelessness and mental health/substance use disorder.  She has built all of her own projects and has never needed to take out a business loan.  She is an expert in state and federal Medicaid policy and policies specific to mental health.  She authored and passed legislation HB18-1007 in Colorado to resolve the funding gap for the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies as a senior state government strategist.  She started Integrative Treatment Consultants to assist treatment providers, policymakers, and most importantly, those personally affected by substance use disorder.
